Robert Reid Goodson is a multi-disciplinary director, educator, and artist. Over the past decade, Robert Reid has displayed his talents and leadership in revitalizing theatre arts programs for both the public education sector and community theatre industry. His leadership as Managing Director at the Tift Theatre for Performing Arts helped reestablish the arts in the community for children and adults alike. Currently, he is revitalizing the theatre arts program at N.C. Wesleyan University as a professor and serving as the Managing Artistic Director for the Imperial Centre Theatre. 

 

​​A graduate of New York University with a M.A. in Educational Theatre for Colleges and Communities, Robert Reid also holds a M.A. in Nonprofit Management, and a B.A. in Communications from High Point University.
